The 1st Florida Deposit is due April 1st.
The deposit for Florida 2011 is due by April 1st. The deposit cost
has been set at $40 and will hold the reservation for the 2011 trip.
Information about the trip was mailed out last week and discussed
at this past booster meeting.

On February 27th Jacob Lindley and Scott Gowin traveled to North
Central High School in Indianapolis to compete in this year's
ISSMA State Solo and Ensemble contest. This was the second state
solo that Jacob performed this season. He also took a Group I
vocal solo to state the previous weekend. Outstanding Job to both of
these students on their achievements at Solo and Ensemble.
Winter Guard places 2nd, 3rd and 1st.
The Orleans winter guard traveled to Pike High School on February
13th and placed 2nd in their respective class. Two weeks later the
group traveled to Greenfield Central and placed 3rd. This past weekend
the girls traveled to Northview high school and placed 1st in the class.

Winter Drumline places 8th, 14th, and 4th.
The Orleans winter percussion ensemble traveled to Decatur Central
High School on February 13th and placed 8th in class PSAA. The percussion
ensemble then traveled to Greenfield Central and placed 14th. This past
weekend the group traveled to New Albany and received a 4th place rating.
Good luck to the Winter drumline as they prepare for Prelims on March 13th.
